He was born on 22nd of November 1970, Kolkata a city in West Bengal , India. His early childhood was full of challenges and hardship in the economic front. Inspite of this his parents tried to fulfil his dream and sent him to learn the basics of watercolor painting.
Subsequently he persued his dream and his eagerness to explore and express the beauty of nature has made him a self taught watercolor artist.
As an watercolor artist he has 40 years of experience and participated in various exhibitions , fairs and seminars. According to him learning this medium is endless and without any boundary.
